- Sending a file to one or many students:
Whether it is make-up or work or a worksheet, sending the file is often quicker and easier than email or the like. Plus it helps us stay green when we don’t have to print as much. - Demonstrations:
Not only do students respond better to having demonstrations being broadcasts right to their screens rather than the projector, it also helps students with visual problems see things more close up. I try to do the demonstrating less and allow the students demonstrate to each other. The option to pass control is great for having students work together to solve problems. - Broadcasting school news:
We have a laptop connected to the school tv network downstairs from my room. Before, I would have to go down there between classes to start the morning news. With Impero I can take control from my classroom. - Impromptu Questions:

"We have been using Impero software for a little over 5 months in our high school computer labs and are extremely pleased with its functionality and performance. "I have found that the Impero Software program offers applications that I have been wanting to purchase or am currently using. Useful functions, such as remote access, web filtering, and monitoring inappropriate communications are important to network and classroom managers. The Impero Software provides the functionality of a web filtering appliance. Administrator has the option to block inappropriate words or internet searches. The reporting tool catalogues a picture of the violation. The Impero Software provides the functionality of a classroom monitoring system.
